He holds a Diploma in Wildlife Management from Mweka College, one of the region’s most respected institutions for conservation and tourism studies. Stephen’s solid academic background, combined with his hands-on experience in the field, enables him to coordinate logistics effectively while maintaining a deep respect for Tanzania’s natural environment.

Stephen has a particular admiration for the majestic male lions often seen roaming beneath the Acacia trees—a symbol of strength and presence that reflects his own calm and steady approach to managing operations. Jackson Mollel is the Finance and Accounting Manager at Bestday Safaris, where he oversees all financial operations with precision, integrity, and professionalism. With seven years of experience in accounting and financial management, Jackson ensures the company’s resources are managed efficiently and transparently, supporting the delivery of seamless, high-quality safari experiences.

He holds a Diploma in Business and Accounting, which has equipped him with strong analytical and financial management skills. His expertise plays a crucial role in budgeting, financial planning, and maintaining the organization's financial health, ensuring that every investment contributes to creating unforgettable journeys for our guests.

Jackson’s favorite safari animal is the warthog (Pumbaa), admired for its resilience and character, reflecting his own dependable and grounded approach to his work. David serves as the Logistics Manager at Bestday Safaris, where he coordinates all transportation operations and ensures the smooth movement of guests, guides, and vehicles across diverse safari destinations. With six years of professional experience in transport and logistics management, he plays a crucial role in guaranteeing that every safari operates efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

He holds a Diploma in Transport Management, which has provided him with a strong foundation in fleet coordination, route planning, and operational efficiency. His expertise ensures that all logistical elements—from vehicle allocation to timing and routing—are carefully managed to deliver a seamless safari experience across Tanzania’s varied terrains.

David is known for his sharp attention to detail, much like the leopard he greatly admires, calm, strategic, and precise in every move. This mindset allows him to anticipate challenges and make quick, effective decisions that keep operations running smoothly in dynamic safari environments.

Outside of work, David is a passionate football enthusiast. He enjoys following his favorite team and often draws interesting parallels between football tactics and logistics planning, applying the same principles of strategy, timing, and coordination to the management of the safari fleet.

Joseph studied Wildlife and Guiding Management at Mweka. He has a keen eye for the fast and elusive cheetah, his favorite animal to spot in the wild. With over a decade of experience, he loves nothing more than exploring new destinations and sharing these adventures. His deep knowledge and passion for wildlife make every safari with him a journey of discovery and learning, opening up the wonders of the wilderness to all who travel with him.

Muro studied flora and fauna at Mweka College. His expertise lies in his great understanding of the Tanzanian wilderness, especially its majestic lions. When he's not guiding in the great outdoors, Muro dedicates his time to preaching the gospel, integrating his faith with his passion for nature. His safaris are not only informative but also infused with his calm, spiritual approach to life, providing a peaceful and enriching experience.

Jackson Kitesho has a degree in Tourism and Wildlife from Tumaini University. He is as passionate about football as he is about safaris. He expertly draws parallels between the teamwork observed in cheetah hunts and sports, making his tours fascinating and relatable. His academic background in tourism and wildlife management adds depth to his tours, providing a well-rounded, informative, and enjoyable safari experience.

John has received a wildlife Certificate from Mweka College. He is particularly fond of elephants.
