With over 20 years of experience spanning safari guiding, sales, and project management, Peter has dedicated his career to designing exceptional, memorable safari experiences across Tanzania’s breathtaking landscapes.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Wildlife Management and Ecology from Sokoine University of Agriculture, a foundation that deeply informs his passion for conservation and sustainable tourism. His profound respect for Tanzania’s diverse ecosystems and wildlife is reflected in every itinerary, ensuring that each safari not only delights guests but also supports the preservation of these remarkable natural treasures.
An avid reader and passionate explorer, Peter has a particular love for traveling to remote and untouched wilderness areas. His firsthand knowledge and enthusiasm for adventure allow him to craft authentic, immersive experiences that go beyond the ordinary.

Stephen serves as the Operations Manager at Bestday Safaris, where he plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all our safari experiences. He holds a Diploma in Wildlife Management from Mweka College, one of the region’s most respected institutions for conservation and tourism studies. Stephen’s solid academic background, combined with his hands-on experience in the field, enables him to coordinate logistics effectively while maintaining a deep respect for Tanzania’s natural environment.
Stephen has a particular admiration for the majestic male lions often seen roaming beneath the Acacia trees—a symbol of strength and presence that reflects his own calm and steady approach to managing operations. Finance & Accounting Manager
