Planting Tomorrow’s Forests Today

Every Tanzania Safari with us ends with a new beginning as we plant trees at local schools, educating and inspiring the next generation through hands-on environmental action.

  • This way, we combat soil erosion and improve air quality by introducing more trees into local ecosystems.
  • By involving schoolchildren in our planting efforts, we instil a sense of environmental responsibility early on.
  • We choose fruit trees for planting to provide sustainable food sources and ecological benefits for the community.
  • Our guests are invited to join in these planting sessions, leaving a green footprint in Tanzania.

Waste Less, Wander More

Our safaris are carefully designed to leave the smallest footprint possible, using innovative waste reduction strategies.

  • We avoid single-use plastics, opting for more sustainable alternatives to preserve our natural surroundings.
  • We incorporate locally sourced, sustainable materials in our operations, supporting the local economy and reducing our ecological impact.
  • Transitioning towards paperless operations saves trees and reduces waste.
  • We plan routes that maximize the adventure while minimizing fuel consumption, encouraging low-impact activities like walking and cycling.

Join us at BestDay Safaris, where each trip supports both the environment and the local communities. Travel with purpose and leave a legacy of conservation as you enjoy the marvels of Tanzania. Let's make each journey count for more!
